Commencing in 2014 Pickford Developments started as a dream by two brothers; a dream to undertake their own quality building projects suited to meeting their clients’ needs.

Shane Pickford
Director
With 16 years’ experience in the building industry Shane has undertaken works on a diverse range of projects from small renovations, new home builds, multi-unit developments, high end housing into restaurant fit-outs and commercial and industrial projects.
A Registered Builder- Unlimited with Diplomas in Building and Construction and Project Management as well as Certificates 3 & 4 in Building and Constructions; Shane has the knowledge and capacity to think outside the square and effectively communicate with both client and contractors. Shane is your go too for all construction needs.
Chris Pickford
Director
With 12 years’ experience in accounting, Chris has spent the majority of these years working on and managing the costs for projects from the renovation and construction of residential houses, the demolition and remediation of industrial sites, construction of a number of pipelines across Australia, the upgrade and construction of manufacturing facilities to the removal of rail level crossings.
Chris has a Bachelor of Business and Commerce and is member of the Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) these skills will allow Pickford Developments to help keep your project on budget whatever the size.
